FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
Do I need my international driver's license?
Valid drivers licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.
 
What are your age requirements?
You have to be at least 21 years of age.
 
How can customers see / contact our representatives  when they arrived at the airport?
Our Representatives will wait for you at the exit of the airport and will hold on a placard with your name.
 
Service
Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers for rentals.
 
Do you deliver at the hotels?
Yes, we do deliver at hotels but the customer needs to be present to sign his / her rental agreement.
 
Method of payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay either by cash or credit card. Debit card is not accepted. Payment by credit card will incur a surcharge of 2.5% as bank charges. Otherwise , bank counters are available at the airport where customers can change their money thereby avoiding the bank charges.
 
Can I use another person credit card for renting a vehicle?
Yes, but the card holder must present themselves with proper ID to sign the rental agreement.
 
Deposit
Do I need a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security purposes. The amount of the requested deposit will be returned to you.
 
How much is the deposit?
The deposits is as from € 395 up to € 625 depending on the category of cars which can be made either by  cash deposits or by credit card imprint. Debit card is not accepted.
 
Do you have air conditioned cars?
Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
 
Do you rent cars by the hour?
Minimal rental is 1 day.
 
Accessories
Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with the vehicles. The accessories are Baby seat, Booster seat, cell phones and GPS navigation systems.

Additional charges
Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges apply when rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.
 
Is there an additional charge for under age?
Yes, it only applies to customers that are below 25 years old.
 
Can I extend the rental duration?
Extending the rental duration is possible at time of check out or during the rental period itself. A minimum 48 hours notice must be given for any extension. The extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment. It is often difficult to extend rentals during peak periods. Please ensure you are aware of this to avoid disappointment.
 
Returning vehicles
If I have a flight leaving during your closing hours, is there anywhere I can leave your vehicle?
We work 24 hours a day and 7 days in a week.
